Reminder – General Membership Meeting Tonight!

Hello Neighbors! Join us tonight (Tuesday, December 2) to learn about all that’s happening in our neighborhood and to share your thoughts. Doors will open at Mathews Elementary (enter through the door closer to the cafeteria) at 6:30 so you can chat with neighbors before we start promptly at 6:45pm. The meeting will end by 7:55pm. 2. Approve September General Membership meeting minutes (please review prior to meeting)

3. Approve 2026 Budget (please review prior to meeting)

   Comparison of finances from last year for reference

4. Zoning and Development update, including a discussion of the former St. Luke’s site (14th & W. Lynn) and update on potential future development at the Town Lake YMCA site (please see email sent on Saturday, Nov. 29).

5. Guest Speakers

   1. Felecia Miller (new President of CCDC)

   2. Update from Save Our Springs re. proposed MoPac South expansion

6. Committee Updates

7. Discussion. Adjourn meeting by 7:55pm.
