The Historic
Landmark Commission at a public hearing on Mon. Sept. 26.,
beginning at 7 PM will consider an application for a National Register
Historic District Building Permit for 1605 W.10th.
Owner is Adam Kahanek. Case # is NRD-05-0066. City Staff is Steve
Sadowsky at 974-7454.
The notice says you can get info at http://www.ci.austin.tx.us/gis/reviewcases/rcase_table_search.cfm

At the same HLC
public hearing on Mon. Sept 26, they will consider an application for a
change to Historic Zoning (from SF-3 to SF-3-H) for the WELLER-MEYERS-MORRISON HOUSE
at 1400 Lorrain St. owned by Steven & Mary Nichols
473-8862. Case # is C14H-05-0013 and city staff is Steve Sadowsky
again. Let’s support them.
